Blog
What You Need.
Blog,Ever since I started blogging for my own blog, I figured that bloggers live in this huge virtual world and basically surround each other in circles everywhere: on Facebook, Twitter, on their blog comments, in launches, events, fashion shows – it’s all the same. That’s how I met most of my fellow fashion bloggers around the world – online and offline. After a while I got to be picky – and I allowed myself to stay friends with those I liked best and we became real friends, just like my friends from high school, work and other places.
3 years into the business of blogging I stopped to think about it – what’s next? Community is a wonderful thing and you always need support in life, in everything you do. It’s always great. But the internets is changing so quickly and moving forward all the time. No matter how advanced I tend to think that I am, there’s always something else, something new and better, that is born around the web right now and someone else knows about it and I don’t.
That was when I figured it out: There are so many style bloggers out there, and there are so many new things going around about blogging and for blogging. The community has to change its basics, and have a network. Somewhere we can chat, get to know each other and still learn about technology, tools, trends and more, that can be beneficial to us all.
At the end of the day, we all wish to get better and better at what we love to do best: Blog about style and fashion and beauty
Fashion Traffic is definitely one of those networks. We are here to help you find the content you want and need for your blog, and to help you make money out of using it. I personally started searching for these important tools a while back, and discovered the IFB, for Independent Fashion Bloggers. At first I was shocked to find it, as it had the answers to all of my questions when I was just starting to blog, and luckily today I can add, that I never outgrown it, and it evolves all the time, and still keeps me up to date with everything I need to know.
For this post, I went digging in the IFB site for a few hours. I decided to collect the most helpful links for you, so you can see it all, in one paragraph, and just click on whatever interests you most. I mean, there are so many articles, posts, tips, guides and so much more out there! Some of you are just starting out your blogging career and some of you are in the business for years now. The reason for it is quite simple, really. I can only speak for myself (usually
) and tell you, that it’s what I love to do. Yes, I honestly enjoy reading lifestyle blogs and never get sick of it. I also enjoy daydreaming about each and every new Balenciaga shoe or bag added to your online shop, or about any simple soft and cosy t-shirt you publish on your new basics line.

Are Scarves the new Shoes? Let’s discuss!
Blog,Hi everyone! I hope you all enjoy our posts here, as we are starting to get really excited and loving all your great feedback here, on our Facebook Page and on Twitter, Thank you!
So this post is going to be a sort of heart-to-heart post from me to you, and I really wanted to discuss a matter that has been bugging me a lot lately, fashion-wise of course
It’s just that spring time is so confusing! It’s still pretty chilly in the morning, it gets really hot by noon so everyone is going for the air-conditioner, and then it turns chilly again at night. I know layering is really trendy and can be very useful most of the time, but what can I say? I’m tired of it. Taking a jacket with me is just out of context at this point, so I’m pretty much switched to fully summer mood when it comes to my wardrobe, and yes baby, it’s cold outside ![]()
My ultimate solution is one – wearing scarves. It’s just brilliant. I mean, think about it – it’s purely fun, the whole deal: you can stock them up, they hardly take space in your closet, there are endless scarves in the whole world, they can be really cheap or really expensive, you can find them everywhere and the best part is – you can wear them with everything!
I know, I might be exaggerating here, but the whole deal I just described here remind me of my love for shoes, almost: I just love having them. I find them super useful at this weather: I wear my summer clothes and if it gets cold or chilly I just grab my scarf from my handbag and cuddle in it. I just change one every day to keep it interesting, of course
We gathered some great scarves for you to blog about in your coming spring outfits posts and to inspire your wardrobe. If you wish to see Fashion Traffic’s entire stock of scarves, just go to your Browse Products page after logging in, and go to the sidebar on the left, Scarves are under Accessories for you to choose from.
Here are my favorite ones at the moment:
Missoni Knitted Scarf –

Or this Junya Watanabe Paisly scarf, which was also cheap and I just love –

What do you think? How do you style your spring posts and wardrobe? Please share with us, we would love to learn your tips and share it with our bloggers! You can comment here, on Facebook and on Twitter, wherever you prefer, we are there!
xoxo,
Hilla Ohayon of Fashion Traffic.
Let’s talk about shoes. Now
Blog,There’s no way around it and, well, we can’t think of a reason to try and hide it. The entire Fashion Traffic team is addicted to shoes. Our programmers have an endless collection of sneakers, of course. Our product guys – the same. And when it comes to the girls – it gets crazy. From boots to booties, flats to pumps, sandals to wedges – you name it. All types of gorgeous shoes step in and out of our offices every day. And we talk about it. All day long.
It’s kind of inevitable when we upload so many amazing shoes to our system for our bloggers to use, every day.
Just to mention a few that took our breath away, both girls and boys of Fashion Traffic, here is a short glimpse:
Rebecca Minkoff Bardot Sandals in Taupe, Aqua and Gold:
ASHBURY SKIES: MADISON HARDING “JACKSON”:
Or even something for the boys, just because we like them, a little:
And a little something for the sneakers-holics, to keep them in the loop
Our point is – we have so many shoes option for spring, it’s literally impossible to expect that we don’t get addicted. We try each and every one of them on in our mind, and trying to guess which shoe will go first, to one of your blogs, tweets, pins or Facebook statuses. Just a second before we declared ourselves as shoesick, the trailer to the new upcoming movie called God Save My Shoes” landed in our inbox, you have to see it –
It just made everything feel ok again, you know? ![]()
How addicted are you to shoes? Don’t hesitate to tell us!
Enjoy blogging with us,
The Fashion Traffic team.
